Henderson Retractable Black garage door spring for big double-width doors.
This range of springs has an elongated hook to allow the spring to clear the lift arm when the door is closing. This is unique to these Henderson retractable springs (see close-up image).
Please be aware, if you try and fit other springs to your door, which should have these springs fitted, you will end up damaging your lift arms, which are not available to buy.
When replacing garage springs, it is recommended to replace both springs at the same time, to ensure the spring tension and door remain balanced. This will also prevent the door from twisting and damaging your lift arms.
These springs are obsolete, we have a limited quantity of these springs available.
