Description
- Garador Original R/FR type spring is to suit Retractable doors with one spring down either side. These doors have horizontal tracks, when the door is open it goes in the garage almost all the way. These springs are also a suitable replacement spring for Garador Mk3R doors
- When replacing garage springs, it is recommended to replace both springs at the same time, to ensure the spring tension and door remain balanced.
- The original MK3R springs are now obsolete. R type springs are used instead. The substitute springs are a little longer than the originals, so to allow for this you should rotate/lower the bottom spring bracket and then re-fix it.
- There are 12 varying strengths of this spring. They are identified by the number stamped on one end of the spring, or by using our spring chart;
