I ordered a new HSE4 remote control handset which arrived promptly – excellent service from GDL Garage Door Parts.
However, the Garador "Item 7 Teaching in a radio code" instructions were not completely accurate. Having followed the instructions the remote control still did not work. After a few attempts I did notice that code 11 was flashing on the operator and pressing the new handset button again caused the handset to function correctly. Perhaps this is why under "Item 6 Operation" in the "Operating Instructions" it says the hand transmitter must be pressed a second time.

I purchased a remote control handset 868 Mhz. Packing slip says ws441. The only instruction on how to use says"Place the transmitter to teach the code next to new transmitter to learn. Press and hold button on teaching, then same on button on learning transmitter.
Light on learning transmitter lights and stays red. Does not function to move door. Light on old transmitter starts red then turns blue and functions. I am standing in garage as instructed. What am I doing wrong to not be able to operate the new transmitter?
    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
